Citadel Insurance Office
Overview
Citadel Insurance's office occupies a former industrial garage in Mount Maunganui, reworked into a boutique workspace designed by Katherine McDonald. The brief moved away from a traditional corporate office toward something warmer and more personal, in line with Citadel's focus on transparency and client relationships.
The Fitout
We delivered the complete interior fitout, including bespoke joinery, feature timber panelling and custom banquette seating, alongside meeting and collaboration spaces built around the way the Citadel team works day to day. A neutral palette and layered natural textures carry the design through the space.
The Result
The finished office supports both focused work and client meetings, with the architectural detail and joinery giving the space a considered, professional feel without losing the approachable tone Citadel wanted.
