Full home renovations
For homeowners taking on a bigger project, we manage the whole renovation, including the trades, the programme and the detail, from planning through to the final walkthrough.
Apartment interiors
Renovating within an apartment building often comes with its own access, noise and building requirements. We manage that alongside the renovation itself.

Once a design is locked in, we provide a detailed, fixed-price quote so you know exactly what you're committing to before construction begins — no surprises down the line.
We build a realistic construction programme around your project, sequencing trades and deliveries to keep the job moving and give you visibility over key milestones from the outset.
One point of contact manages your project from start to finish, coordinating trades, suppliers and consultants so nothing falls through the cracks and decisions get made quickly.
Our site management keeps quality, safety and progress on track day to day, with direct oversight from people who understand both the design intent and the practical realities of construction.
We manage the consent process alongside your design and project team, keeping documentation on track and liaising with council so approvals don't hold up your programme.
We deliver the physical build ourselves, supported by a trusted network of subcontractors we've worked with for years — so quality and communication stay consistent across every trade on site.
Custom joinery is often where design intent lives or dies in the detail. We manage joinery supply and installation closely, from complex feature pieces through to everyday fitout cabinetry.
We walk you through the finished space, resolve any final details, and make sure everything is complete and working as it should before we hand over the keys.
Our involvement doesn't end at handover. We're on hand to support you with any post-completion needs, so your space keeps performing the way it was designed to.
