Clarence Hotel Winter Gardens
Overview
The Winter Gardens extends the Clarence Bistro into a light-filled, glasshouse-style dining space, designed by CTRL Space to give the hotel a year-round hospitality offering. We delivered the interior fitout, built to integrate seamlessly with the existing heritage venue.
The Fitout
Bespoke joinery, custom seating and feature lighting sit alongside lush planting and natural textures, creating a space that shifts easily between intimate dining and larger gatherings. The glasshouse structure needed careful detailing to bring the indoor-outdoor feel CTRL Space had designed to life.
The Build
Working within a heritage venue meant the fitout had to integrate closely with the existing building, both structurally and in keeping the Clarence brand consistent throughout. The finished space extends the bistro's atmosphere into a new setting without losing what made the original venue work.
